I must say, pouring hot drinks into glass is a bit odd though.

I’m not sure if there is anyother way to create a hot beverage? except by puring the milk into a glass… .. .

Go to a s*** cafe and try a coffee, which has not been grounded correctly the ground is “too coarse” milk was “burnt” and poured way too quick over the coffee extract and wastnt allowed to settle in the glass… Creating a “watery” taste instead of a smooth creamy sensation, which is so thick its left behind on the glass long after you finished your coffee….

if you know what has to happen for a proper coffee to be made you might then appreciate it more =) and then put your self in the barista’s shoes, whilest he/she has to pay all that attention in the “pre” part, then imagen, the appreciation of someone being able to turn it into art…

Great video, however all my life we have always packed the entire cup with coffee before putting the top on it, this way the water has to force its way through the coffee and to the top, making it richer and stronger. This is most likely the reason there needs to be pressure (hence the pressure valve). If you do it like in the video, all your is mixing the water with the coffee but your not extracting, so you’ll get a little flavor, but not what it was meant for
